Turning up the heat at Ironman France 2007
The unforgettable and brutal climb upto Gourdon
How it works
If you have read this far and like the sound of my coaching philosophy then firstly I would suggest sending me an email stating your interest and what your race goal is.
I will then send you a comprehensive application form for you to fill out.
Any other issues arising form this will be addressed either by talking on the phone or via e-mail. I will also be available in West London should you wish to come and meet me before commencing training.
From there we establish a number of field tests to determine your fitness levels, heart rate zones and exercise intensities.
Based on this information I will then write an annual training plan that will outline race goals, training phases and general programme structure. You will also receive a detailed 4-week training programme every month that will include detailed swim, bike and run sessions including heart rates zones, volume and intensity guides. I will also include a strength and conditioning programme and also a flexibility programme. I will also give you nutritional advice and advice on what equipment you will need to buy.
You will then keep me constantly updated by giving me feedback from your training sessions via e-mail. I will require at least one e-mail from you per week outlining how each training week has progressed, this will include your general mental and physical status. It is vitally important you keep me updated so that I can provide you with the best advice and direction that I can possibly give.
Should you need to contact me I will answer all queries within 24 hours of receiving message. Alternatively if you need to speak to me directly we can pre-arrange a time for you to call me directly.
